Star Hotel Group is Queensland's largest independently owned and operated hospitality group, which boasts a diverse portfolio of pubs, restaurants, gaming rooms, accommodation, and liquor retail. Within this expansive collection of venues, I played a pivotal role in content creation for a recently added establishment.

01 — PROJECT DETAILS
I was responsible for crafting engaging and visually appealing social media content highlighting this distinctive location's unique charm and offerings. The project aims to retain patrons, gain new members, and drive engagement by cultivating a dynamic and interactive online presence that creates a sense of community and boosts hotel awareness. The project strives to attain its goals through a multifaceted strategy that involves promoting diverse aspects of the venue, employing typical B2C strategies to evoke FOMO and foster community connection, utilising creative skills for compelling content, and establishing a robust scheduling structure to ensure consistent and strategically optimised engagement.

Utilizing graphic and motion design, expanding photography and videography skills with personal equipment. Committed to innovating through AI integration for efficient marketing and content creation. Content refinement involves analytics monitoring, experimenting with dynamic features, and adjusting strategies based on evolving trends in the social media landscape. 
I strive to create visually compelling narratives aligned with business goals, fostering creativity and professionalism. The integration of AI has transformed marketing strategies, streamlining workflows for improved engagement through captivating captions, hashtags, and enhanced imagery. 
Emphasising a dynamic strategy focused on connecting with the audience is central to their community-oriented approach. Involving the community in posts fosters engagement online, showcasing a commitment to genuine interaction. The aim is to create an enticing atmosphere that resonates with patrons, encouraging them to visit and enjoy the unique food and drink offerings continuously.
Promotions are crucial in their outreach, offering exclusive deals, prizes, and events. They aim to create a sense of exclusivity, encouraging participation. Authentic photos add life and transparency to the brand, while vibrant, well-composed images enhance the appeal of their offerings. Captivating captions crafted to add context, visibility through hashtags, and prompt interaction, catering to skimming viewers with short captions and emojis.
